1. About this website

This website is operated by Khaya Perfect Studios (“we”, “us”), a photography studio at 13 Nourse-oord Close, Strubenvale, Springs.

2. General information

The photographs, descriptions and services on this website are examples of our work and of what we offer. They are general information and not a promise of any particular result or package. Every shoot is planned with you, and what is included is agreed in advance.

3. Enquiries and bookings

• The enquiry form and buttons on this website only prepare a message for you to send on WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, and a date is not held until we reply and agree it with you.
• Pricing, packages, deposits, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed with you directly before a booking is made.
• Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change so that we can offer the date to someone else.

4. Using the site

• Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam.
• Information you send us must be accurate and yours to share.

5. Intellectual property and photographs

The Khaya Perfect Studios name, logo, text, design and photographs belong to the studio and its photographers. The photographs show our work and our clients, and are used with their consent. Please don't copy, download for reuse, edit or republish them without our written permission. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

6. Links to other websites

We link to services such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
